We are so inspired by Atilla Toth’s vision of a new care home for orphaned and abandoned children within his community, which has been realised after an american organisation were able to make the build. Atilla will be opening the doors to new his new care home late 2020, making a difference to some of the most disadvantaged children in Romania.
People against Poverty’s aim is to support the running costs of the home which will house up to 14 young orphaned children who have nowhere safe to live. Coming from a background where they have no chance of escape from their poverty and being left abandoned to fend for themselves. These children need the love of a family unit and this is where they will find it.
With support from social services and local leaders, the children will be selected in respect of their circumstances and be housed into a lovely warm community home and given full access counselling and the education system.
