We’ve heard the cry, “I don’t want to die and be placed in a hole in the ground with no headstone”. But what do you do if you have nothing, no income, no support from government. What do you do when your young child collapses on the floor with unknown medical issues and you can’t afford to travel to the nearest hospital. You also have no funds to pay for the consultation or treatment. Perhaps you just need a tooth removed because you have been in pain for weeks. When our project leaders are called on numerous occasions asking for help, they often need to turn them away! But they don’t have to.
These are just a few of the areas in which the Social Care programme helps families and children who struggle in every day life. Your support will enable us to act quickly to help those who are facing a crisis. Don’t let them suffer any more than they already are.
